Return & Exchange Policy

At Dr. Rashel Pakistan, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or expired upon delivery.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used skincare and cosmetic products.
  • Items without original packaging or seals broken.
  • Products purchased on sale or promotional offers (unless damaged or incorrect).
  • Items returned after the 7-day window.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 working days.
  3. If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only allowed for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or a refund.

5. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via:Bank transfer, orStore credit (as per customer preference)

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Shipping Policy

Orders typically arrive in 4-5 business days in Karachi & 5-7 days outside Karachi. Processing can take up to 2 days. No P.O. Box delivery. Cash on Delivery may require verification.
